Over 40 years of working with people
I have worked for over 40 years in voluntary and community work in the local community, and in statutory services in social care, youth justice and mental health.
That work has included roles as a specialist practitioner, a project lead and a manager. I am now a qualified CBT therapist, and I bring an integrated approach that uses trauma informed practice.
