Over 40 years of experience
I have worked for over 40 years in voluntary community work and in statutory services, in social care, youth justice and mental health.
I have worked as a specialist practitioner, as a project lead and in management.
I am a qualified CBT therapist. I use an integrated approach, drawing on trauma-informed approaches in practice.
